Organza Process
How Organza Works
Before we start your digital invitation, please review our simple process so everything is clear from the beginning.
Step 1
Share Your Event Details
We first collect the basic event information, such as names, dates, locations, schedule, RSVP needs, language, and style references.
If some details are not final yet, please let us know so we can treat them as temporary.
Step 2
Confirm the Scope & Payment
After reviewing your request, we confirm the price, timeline, and what is included.
For custom invitations, an advance payment is required before design and setup begin.
Step 3
First Draft
The first draft is a preview of the invitation design, layout, style, and RSVP structure.
It is created for review and feedback.
The first draft is not considered final or ready to send to guests unless we clearly agree on that before starting.
Step 4
Review Rounds
Each invitation includes two review rounds.
The first round focuses on the design direction, layout, colors, sections, and overall feel.
The second round focuses on content, names, dates, locations, RSVP options, wording, and final details.
Please send feedback in one organized message per review round whenever possible.
Step 5
Data Updates
Event data includes names, dates, times, locations, schedule details, RSVP options, and any text shown on the invitation.
Some data may be inserted as temporary content in the first draft if final details are not yet available.
The client is responsible for reviewing all event details carefully before final approval.
Text and data updates are different from design changes.
Data updates include names, dates, locations, and wording.
Design changes include layout, colors, sections, animations, visuals, or changes that affect how the invitation looks or works.
Step 6
Dashboard Access
When applicable, dashboard access is provided so you can review and edit supported details directly.
Dashboard access is part of the delivery process and is provided after the project is confirmed.
Changes that affect the design, layout, RSVP logic, or custom behavior may still require Organza support.
Step 7
Final Approval
Before sharing the invitation with guests, the client must review and approve all final details.
Please check names, dates, times, locations, map links, RSVP options, schedule, and visible text.
After final approval, Organza is not responsible for incorrect details that were provided incorrectly, not reviewed, or changed after publishing.
Step 8
Publishing & Sharing
After final approval and payment completion, the invitation link is activated for sharing.
The link should only be sent to guests after all details are reviewed and approved.
For events with international guests or tight timelines, please tell us early so we can plan the process accordingly.
